Our Bisque Coasters combine the strenghth of our ceramic tiles with the utility of our cork backed coasters. The cermic tile has a flat surface with matte finish. The images pop with vibrant color.
The bottom of each coaster is natural cork. The cork stops the coaster from sliding on a table and protects the table from scratches as well. Since cork is a natural wood product, it can partially absorb water but will not be damaged by getting wet.
Our print process actually bakes the image into the bisque coaster at at over 400 degrees combined with extreme pressure. This produces a coaster that is heat resistant and durable.
