| Production Time |

General Products: Most of our products (everything but Fine Art Prints) take up to two weeks to manufacture. Many of the products are pressed by hand without using automated equipment. This manual process provides a better quality product and requires extra time for production. |

Fine Art Prints: Fine art prints are shipped within 2 business days. If your order combines fine art prints and products, the order will ship when all items are ready. |

United States Postal Service
USPS Priority Mail is available. This is our most affordable shipping option and generally takes 2-5 days (after product production time) to reach any destination in the USA. Tracking information is not available with packages shipped with the USPS. The actual USPS shipping charge is calculated during checkout. |

UPS
UPS Ground shipping is available. If you provided an email address during checkout, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number when the order is shipped. The actual UPS shipping charge is calculated during checkout. |
| Picking Up Orders at Boston Coasters Store |

If you are a local customer or visiting from out of town, you can choose to pick up your order at our retail store. We will call you when your order is ready so please provide a valid phone number during checkout. Select the Pick Up option during checkout to avoid any shipping charges.
We are not responsible for orders not picked up within 90 days. After 90 days from day of payment, unclaimed pick up orders will be returned to stock and refunds may not be provided. |

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept exchanges nor returns on properly fulfilled nor non-defective orders.
Defective Items: We will replace or provide a credit for any defective item within 30 days of receipt of item. Please contact us regarding defective items.
Improperly Fulfilled Orders: We will rectify any improperly fulfilled order. Please contact us regarding improperly Fulfilled orders.
Items Damaged in Shipping: Though we use professional and robust packaging methods, damage of items in shipment is always a possibility. Hence, we typically ship items with shipping insurance at our cost. We will ask for a buyer's assistance in processing any claims against a shipper for items damaged in shipment. Once the claim has been resolved with the shipper, we will offer a replacement or credit to a buyer for the damaged item. If we did not ship with insurance, we will do our best to replace the item or issue a credit. |
